Instead of disabling external sharing to everyone, it would be nice to be able to create a policy that we can enforce for some users being able to share externally.

I would like to export the audio file i recorded in Sway so i can use it elsewhere without having to record it again.

Sways are really useful for sharing info and video clips with parents and children during lockdown. We are building up a collection of them, and sometimes want to share them with other practitioners who work with families elsewhere. It's hard to organise them though, with no folders or organising system - what's the solution?

to hide the text "microsoft sway" in the seconds it takes to load the presentation when it is shared or embedded via iframe.

We recently used Sway to create an educational module for a doctoral project--it looks amazing. However, the hospital where we launched the project was unable to open the link to the sway due to strict security restrictions on hospital computers. A way to convert the Sway to PP in these situations might be helpful. Or just a way to make the Sway accessible without a live link.

We update and present a report weekly, which also has several images as part of the presentation.

These images also change on the server (are over-written) but if we do this, the linked images do not update. Is there a way to dynamically/automatically update this content, the same way an embedded spreadsheet or word doc would update?

I'm using Sway to share top tips, guidance, info snippets etc by sharing the links in newsletters and teams channels.

It would be great if there was the option for the reader to 'like' the Sway at the end, then this data could show in the analytics section as an indicator of how useful the content is.

Give me a reason to not export the PPT to Stream. Stream channels are used at my organization to centralize content. I have to record my screen pressing "play" to get what you offer with PPT export to Stream. Enable me instead to directly export my Sway to Stream, with or without 1. animations and 2. choosing the display speed (ie more time for slides w/more content). Ensure display of 3 options in Sway (horizontal, vertical etc) is optimized for non-theater mode of Stream.

Within my organization (a university) I have created personal contact lists. I want to share a Sway newsletter with that personal contact list. It seems, however, that I can only share the Sway with university-wide lists and not my own personal one. How can I make this work?

Add reaction options for Sway articles. Could be: Like, love, wow, hate.... or as simple as like and dislike

We have a grid view with some images with links. This works well on a desktop view, but in the mobile view the images shrink and the links disappear and no longer work. It would be great to still be able to have that functionality in the mobile view. Perhaps the way to do that would be to add an extra type of card that does not expand the images when users click on them, but instead takes you to the image link. Thank you.

I would love to have viewers add verbal comments in sway

Currently Sway external sharing configuration uses the tenant's SharePoint setting. This means we would have to allow anonymous sharing of our intranet. :(

We'd love to use Sway for digital proposals for perspective clients but can't because of this limitation.
Forms doesn't have the same issue. it would be great if access settings for Sway were independent of SP so we could actually use Sway for external clients.

I'd love to be able to embed a sway in a teams channel. So that it functions - not as a link.
