It would be great to share a sway for review purposes as a preview. Allow the recipients to mark-up questions or comments. Then once resolved, publish the sway with a link.

Currently, when you select to share a Sway, the recipient has to open a link for it to show in their Sway "bin".
The ask is for any Sways that are shared with edit permission to automatically show up in the other persons Sway page (either directly, or via a "Shared with Me" area, saving the step of having to open a link first.

How can I choose what image displays in my visual link? When I sent out my first newsletter it displayed the background from my first heading which I liked. Now it is displaying a generic image, and not my first heading image.

As Microsoft is making a great effort in supporting 3D (in Win10 with Mixed Reality Viewer) in Office365, even in OnedDrive and Sharepoint it's now possible to view 3D files, it should be interesting to be able to use 3D in Sway. the Glb format is a good one with PBR features.

When resetting the sharing settings this changes the SWAY URL, but without promoting the user. An action that will break all external links pointing to the SWAY should have a user confirmation before making the change.

As Microsoft is adding 3D viewing in more and more environment:

Support for glb/gltf is mandatory as well as fbx, obj and stl

Sway does not allow to print uploaded power BI.

Instead it prints the link used to upload it.

I think this feature would add a lot of value to an already strong tool.

I use Sway for a monthly newsletter and have "Read More" and "Sign Up" links. A lot of those take us to secure company sites with no tracking, but I'd like to have click tracking from within the Sway, to see how many users clicked to read a whole article, or to sign up for something in our LMS.

IFTTT Support for Sway would be amazing! For example you could integrate the controll of your Sways with your phone or you could trigger actions like "go to the next page", "open a sway" and "close your sway" if something specific happens.

Instead of sharing on sway or as a pdf i want to share my sways on Office365 SharePoint where all my other content already resides. I also want to embed videos and other content in my sway that exists on SharePoint. I would expect a sway to be just another App that I can add to a site, just like a document Library or custom list. and for which the permissions are set in SharePoint.

I tried Sway a while ago, but the lack of offline viewing options rendered it useless.
When I saw that an Export feature had been added, I gave it another go.
Foolishly, I created a new Sway, rather than trying to export an existing one.
What a waste of time. Having spent time formatting my Sway to look how I wanted it, I exported it to PDF, but when I viewed the PDF, the layout had changed, so it didn't resemble my Sway.

We have a client who would like to use sway with a public facing large (65") touchscreen. They want visitors to be able to interact with the content, particularly images and forms but not be able to change the Sway or break out of the Sway. -Similar to the Kiosk mode in PowerPoint. They like the idea that they can update the content remotely as required.

So if I update something I can see how many people have viewed it since I've updated it, without having to actually write down the number and do maths each time! I know I could duplicate the Sway, but unless I can file them (administratively, for me) it will just clutter up my view unnecessarily.

If there was a list of the viewed sways (other people's), it'd be helpful.

Most modern video players allow you to change the playback speed faster or slower depending on your needs. (0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x). If you want to "speed read" a Sway, you set playback to 2x. If you want to notice every detail, you set playback to 0.5x.

I would like to add small social media icons that are clickable, instead of adding text, add pictures & icons that can be connected to a link. Also I would like to adjust the spacing between topics, or add a side panel with information, icons, or whatever marketing content is needed.

We'll have a lot of Sway so we need search 1 of them but at this time, I haven't seen any search bar at home page.

Can we create a search bar at home page?
