Welcome to Microsoft Sway’s Suggestion Box by UserVoice!
To help us build the best version of Sway, we have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to hear your ideas and suggestions. We will read all the suggestions, and we regularly review the ideas and incorporate them into product planning discussions. How it works

• Search for your suggestion and if you can’t find something similar, you can submit your own.
• Keep suggestions focused on a single idea per post and limited to 25 words or less.
• When you post an idea to our forum, others will be able to subscribe to it and make comments.

voice over narration for whole presentation
There should be a way to do a voice over narration for the whole presentation that plays in the background as it advances like in powerpoint. I love sway, but it needs better audio features.

Use Sway to create a knowledge base
I would like to use sway to create my articles in my knowledge base. To make this work I would need SharePoint libraries to accept sway documents as a standard type. This would allow metadata tags for categories and also full text search capabilities.

Developers to alter Coding on Forward Link
Issue: when using the forward link within Sway the recipient receives it in Storyline Mode, NOT Design. I need it to be in Design. I've been using a workaround: https://sway.uservoice.com/forums/264674-sway-suggestion-box/suggestions/9052105-open-sway-in-play-mode-rather-than-in-the-storyl

Add an option that excludes specific users and groups in the search feature.
■Description(内容):
Office Sway の共有相手を検索する際、検索対象がテナントメンバー全体、グループも全体が対象となっているため、特定のユーザーやグループを検索対象から外す機能を実装してほしい。So far we acknowledge that the search candidate for entire tenant member and group when searching people for Office Sway by default design. In order to find the relevant user who wants to "Share with" easier from large numbers of people, please add an option that excludes specific users and groups from the search feature.

Title
Hi guys. Just a bit of feedback on the titles -
The Sway title from the first slide is not necessary the name you want to call the Sway in your personal library / Home page.
Also, if your typical title slide for whatever reason is just a photo, you end up having a number of Untitled Sways in your library.
It would be good to have Rename option included in Settings, where the library title would be independent of the slide contents.1 vote -

Usage Reports in the Office 365 Admin tool or User Adoption PowerBI Content Pack
Sway should be as manageable as any other workload in Office 365. It should have usage reports accessible to the O365 Global Admin. Usage reports should show how many Sways have been created, viewed, shared, or whatever other relevant actions in the last 7, 30, or 180 days, just like for several other workloads.
