Offline Mode for Sway
Would there be a way to save a Sway offline? Many conferences have little or no dependable wireless, which is also true for many schools. Offline mode would be helpful. I'm not sure if it can be done since it is dynamically rendering to different device types, but a "PDF" like snapshot mode would be helpful.

Android Sway App
View a Sway via an Android app.
The world has 2 billion Android users and many may be like me: I'd love to show my Sways offline. I would be keen to use Sway for my speaker presentations straight from my phone.

Immersive Reader for Sway
The Immersive Reader found in Word and OneNote and other places is amazing. Please bring the immersive reader to Sway. As a presentation and teaching tool, this would substantially improve the accessibility of Sway content. The translation and dynamic visual formatting features would be most valuable.

Save Sways to OneDrive
Save sways to OneDrive. Maybe in a way which is similar to OneNote (just a "link" to the notebook is sync, and the content "per se" is online. In the same way, just a link to the sway gets sync to the PC).
This way, the standard sharing features of OneDrive could be used by Sway.
If I put a Sway in a shared folder, everyone who can see that folder could see the Sway.
599 votesThanks for sharing. Can you help us understand a bit of why you would want to Save to OneDrive? Is it for sharing or is it for offlne access? Are there other services you would want to save to? Why?
Interesting idea— please drop a comment if you like this idea as well.

Create a Sway app for Microsoft Teams
We have teams that use a variety of Microsoft O365 apps for a single project. For instance, we have a Sway that people can read through to get information on a training course, and a Planner where folks can looks for issues with that material or make suggestions for updating that material in the future. We have started to use Microsoft Teams and we would like to move to using Teams as the go-to collaborative environment for certain projects. In order to make that work, we would need a Sway App that can be installed within Microsoft Teams so a…

allow section links for a table of contents or a link to a specific section
We love using Sway for newsletters and more. But here's a suggestion for you, @sway. Allow us to make a link to a section. Then we could refer readers to a specific article. It would be possible to do a clickable TOC, too!

From Mark:
When viewing someones sway as at the moment there are only very few available to see on sway.com, it would be good to be able to write a little review for the creator, such as ''I really enjoyed reading/viewing your sway'It will also be useful for feedback in how others view possible improvements or corrections etc.
376 votesThanks for the suggestion! Is it more important to you to have someone be able to comment on the entire Sway or on content within the Sway? Also, do you think of commenting as something people who are authoring with you should do or as something you want your viewers to do? Should comments be publicly visible or only visible to you? Let us know in the comments. :)

"Hide" a card (Remove a part of the Sway without deleting)
I would like to be able to hide some cards without having to delete them. This would be very useful when showing a general Sway to a particular audience that might not be interested in some parts. It would also help when experimenting with various card arrangements to see which render the best in Preview mode.

Embed vertical Sway into a blog
It would be awesome if I could write blog posts using the vertical scrolling sway and then sharing it on a blog platform.
Not as a smaller embedded iframe, but as a full size post, as we can see them on the sway website right now.
I created a small Sway to explain with a picture my idea:
https://sway.com/QxyhZpeIQonyET68Of course the end could automatically add a "created with Sway" or something to give appropriate credits to the app!

Autoplay media
While we scroll through a sway it should have preloaded media like videos and autoplay it when it hits the viewable part of the screen
201 votesThanks for the suggestion!
Here’s a Sway which you can duplicate that has instructions and two auto-playing videos (one from YouTube and one from Vimeo) in it as an example.

tracking viewers
knowing who read the Sway identifying the email.
who clicked, when and on what news.179 votesHi, You already have the ability to see the number of people who have viewed a given Sway. Just look at the number in the corner of the Sway, when you are on the sway.com/my page. If you’ve voted on this for other reasons, please comment about the functionality that you’re looking for. Thanks!

to be able to embed Sway in an email
to be able to embed a Sway into an email for distribution via MailChimp or Dotmailer. Even just regular email through Outlook would be better than nothing. I love the tool but nobody clicks on links in emails and I need to maintain my readership!

Embed web content as iFrame in a Sway
I would like to be able to embed an external website inside a sway as content, so you could scroll through that website as part of the sway. This would be use din instructional manuals that are authored as Sway's, but contain small embedded live sites, such as forums or forms or other similar items.

Prevent Image Downloads
Please prevent a user from doing the right-click Save Image trick. if a photographer is going to use Sway, he doesn't want his pictures download all over the web fro free.
Thanks.
131 votesThat’s some great feedback, and especially interesting because we have seen a lot of photographers using Sway for portfolio scenarios.

Autoplay through a multiple sways in a playlist and loop as a continuous presentation
I would like to use sway to present stories of victories and recent achievements to people who come into my office on a casual basis, to keep people in the loop about what's been happening.
This would require creating a Sway for each victory story, and then creating a playlist of Sways which could auto-play through. It would be played on a loop setting on a TV in the office.
I think Sway would be a fabulous method to presenting and communitcating these stories, but without the ability to auto-play a sway, play through multiple sways in a playlist, and…
128 votesWe don’t support the ability to “create a playlist” but if you have an Office 365 subscription, you can now set your Sway to play automatically! If you are the author of the Sway, use the … to go to Settings for that Sway and turn auto-play on.

Export to HTML5 + JS sways can be shared with links. Currently there are some web apps which dissect and present powerpoint presentations. Put an end to that and use an existing open standard
