Organize "My Sways" into folders or subsections
Sways must have been used more since Covid social distancing - they're such a useful way of sharing visual info with learners and other remotely.
PLEASE get a move on with making them easier to file.
How can I create a folder for my sways?
After 10+ sways you certainly start loosing control. If only a list of your sways could be exported/shown it would help. Or tagging ...
Lack of management options makes me pretty reluctant to roll this out further in our organization (and outside my org). And it's such a cool way of presenting your product material to customers.
So please ..
Btw, how long should you gather feedback 🤔; better take action :p
Though, in sharepoint you can created awesome link lists to to record ur sways, including filtering/categorizing columns
Is Sway still alive? Last status updates on Uservoice are from May 2018 and the most voted feature requests date back to 2014.

Please add folders!!!
Agreed - this is something that is so needed. I'm using Sway for my students digital portfolios, but managing these amongst multiple classes is incredibly difficult, especially if students change the title of their sway and they are out of alphabetical order etc. - PLEASE address this!!!
This is a feature that is sorely needed. I have over a hundred sways since I love their accessibility, and have converted all my teaching powerpoint presentations. But it is such a pain when I am trying to locate a sway that I haven't recently worked on. Folders would be amazing. I think there is sufficient feedback that this is some that your customers want and have for a very long time, please move forward with a solution.
I think this functionnality could be very useful because I'm working with many Sways, and I use also Sway Embedded within Sway.
So an organisation with folders to classify my Sway will be a real quick win.

Gibt es wirklich keine Möglichkeit die Sways zu sortieren zu Ordnen? Muss ich tatsächlich eine separate Liste in Excel oder so führen?

How is this not a feature yet? This suggestion was created FIVE years ago!
I have created lots of sways and am always creating more. I need to be able to organize into folders and sub folders for easy access!
Folder and/or tags: tags could act as folders, for people who prefer them, while allowing a Sway to be in multiple 'folders'.
I can't believe the only way of finding a Sway is by date modified or name (I don't want every title card of my Sway to be "My Company Name - My Project - Project Subsection - Date" just so I can find things).
The suggestion from a Sway designer (on Microsoft Help) to organize them with some other Microsoft app makes no sense for use in the Cloud. The beauty of Sway is I can log onto a conference/colleague/public computer and have my presentation right there.
Any updates on this feature please?

Please give us the option to create folders. Organizing my Sways is becoming unmanageable.

Absolutely need an organisational structure. I'd prefer the option of both for and tags (many Sways could be categorised in a non-binary way) but either would be a huge (and one would imagine not overly complex) step forward. For pretty much all of my customers, Sway organisation and navigation becomes unmanageable very quickly and we have to resort to other methods of organisation/navigation which make the platform difficult to manage and sell.
Education: Let students share their sways with without a link. Simply show all sways that are shared with someone in that specific person's "My Sways section".
Also let teachers organise all the sways that his students shared with him into folders to avoid clutter.

To be able to organise using folders and also have whole folder share settings. Multiple Authors to edit on anything within one particular folder rather than individual Sways.
My suggestion is to use OneNote to organize Sways
I'd prefer tags over folders, but something to structure them is definitively needed
Agreed i want my one account the be used in different ways for different audiences - as soon as you learn to love sway you start losing everything as its just one big list and unsortable.
