Browse sways from my organization, or appear in DELVE /Office 365/
Its very compatible if the sways created by our organization is could be explored through DELVE or Sharepoint site, since its part of knowledge sharing so why not to let it be exploreable, manageable
Maybe you guys already doing something great about it,
Sway is great to use. I love it
Thanks for the suggestion! It’s on our radar. :)
Hi, I use Sway a lot lately for instructions for our employees because it is always up to date for them. Unfortunately my Sways don't show up in Delve as my documents I am working on.
Please find a way to better integrate Sway into Office 365.
Sway admin dashboard
It would be helpful to see a global admin dashboard for Sway to take care of the below frequent requests from end users
1. view and explore all sways across company and to see who owns a particular sway and its permissions
2. Review the time that is set to delete a sway if it was created by an ex-employee and the ability to change the ownership
3. delete/duplicate/change permissions/edit the sway irrespective of who owns the sway
in other words, elevated permissions for global admins similar to abilities that we have for OneDrive where we could take total control of a OneDrive account of any user in the company

We would like to have a 'Share & Publish to only my Organization' option.
When selected that these sways will automatically appear for the whole organization in a new section like the 'My Sways' section but then for example called 'My Organization Sways'

Hi Microsoft and the Sway team - how are things progressing on this one (Gathering Feedback)? Any news on when Sway's will be available as search results or Delve, etc.?

once a staff memeber leaves. We lose their Sways.
Yes, totally agree. I am really keen to use the O365 apps for knowledge management in my organization - Delve is great with the ability to pull up files and videos. I started working with Sway and I was hoping I could share it on Delve as well.
