Remove share links from presentation
As a business user it is vital that our presentation is not shared on social sites or anywhere else. The option to only share with certain people is not am option either, we simply need the ability to embed the sway and have people view on our website. I think its a great app but until we have the ability to secure our contents as most other business apps do it is a non starter.......such a waste from what is such a great idea.
Thanks for the suggestion!
I desperately need this function to be available. I have nearly 100 Sways on a login protected website with over 1000 users. I thought my Sways were safe within my site because you'd have to login to be able to access the Sways. It has taken me a little while to realise that even if I embed the Sway into the web page, users still have the option to open in a new tab on a search engine, giving them the opportunity to share anywhere, including social media! Just removing the option to open in a new tab may solve my problem, and some other people's by reading these comments. Alternatively, give the author of the Sway the option to disallow end users the facility to open in a new tab or copy links or embed codes. Please let me know when this has been resolved.
I also need this capability. Please update me if it becomes available.

This is critical to my operation because my IP is tied up in my Sways. I don't mind people viewing my Sways but they can easily get the embed code and put my tutorials up on their own site.
So this is a Show Stopper!

This excellent request was made by a person more than one year ago - and the problem still hasn't been fixed. What is the point of creating a presentation and posting it on your website if anyone can just come and change it using the "Like This Sway? Share it." function. Microsoft must protect users by not giving hackers access to our Sway code through this idiotic "Like This Sway? Share it." function.
