Save sways to OneDrive. Maybe in a way which is similar to OneNote (just a "link" to the notebook is sync, and the content "per se" is online. In the same way, just a link to the sway gets sync to the PC).
This way, the standard sharing features of OneDrive could be used by Sway.
If I put a Sway in a shared folder, everyone who can see that folder could see the Sway.531 votes
Thanks for sharing. Can you help us understand a bit of why you would want to Save to OneDrive? Is it for sharing or is it for offlne access? Are there other services you would want to save to? Why?
Interesting idea— please drop a comment if you like this idea as well.
Add the ability to insert Yammer conversations from Corporate Network to Sway93 votes
Thanks for the suggestion!
View a Sway via an Android app.
The world has 2 billion Android users and many may be like me: I'd love to show my Sways offline. I would be keen to use Sway for my speaker presentations straight from my phone.672 votes
Android users— we hear you! Over time we’ll be rolling out Sway across all platforms. Stay tuned.
It's great that I can search Flickr for images, however unless I've tagged my images as CC I can't find them. If I could log in to Flickr and have my images and albums right there in the images pane then I could get my images straight into my sways without having to download them and then re-upload them.14 votes
If you’re signed in using your personal Microsoft account (and not an organization Office 365 account), you should see a button that says “Connect to view your Flikr content.” By connecting this account, you’ll be able to see your images.
It would be very useful to insert not only images but tables or figures created in situ207 votes
Thank you for this feedback! We appreciate your votes and comments for this suggestion.
In the mean time, you can create graphs and tables in Power BI or Excel. Once these are created you can take their “Embed Code” and embed them in Sway via an Embed card. Here are some instructions for using the Sway embed card: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Embed-content-in-your-Sway-1e1ab12a-f961-4a26-8afc-77a15f892b1d
I love how you can now add embedded content to a Sway. However, I would also like to add content from more services.58 votes
Let us know in the comments which types of embeds are important for you!
I want to be able to add a layout to my Sway that allows me to create Dates and Text/Media then scroll through it like a timeline.303 votes
It would be great if Sway offered an API.
I would LOVE to have tools to make templates or styles and give them out or at least edit my own sways in an advanced mode.251 votes
Interesting. Ok- if Sway offered an API what would you love for it to do and what would you expect to do with it?

I like your new experience of Sway. But i would like it has QR-Code on share tab. That'll be great for mobile.

When adding images to cards it would be nice to have a replace image command. That way when you want to try a different image in your sway design, you don't have to always delete the image and then start a new card and add new media73 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! For the time being, we kind of have this feature for header and title cards. Just drag a new image over the card and it will pop the old picture out into a separate image card and add the new image to the header/title. We’ll continue gathering feedback to see if we should expand this capability like you suggest. :)
When viewing someones sway as at the moment there are only very few available to see on sway.com, it would be good to be able to write a little review for the creator, such as ''I really enjoyed reading/viewing your sway'
It will also be useful for feedback in how others view possible improvements or corrections etc.145 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! Is it more important to you to have someone be able to comment on the entire Sway or on content within the Sway? Also, do you think of commenting as something people who are authoring with you should do or as something you want your viewers to do? Should comments be publicly visible or only visible to you? Let us know in the comments. :)
When I import word docs it turns my nice bulleted outline into one giant text card. having a split function for text would be amazing. Using it is simple. Highlight the text you want to make separate. then click split. Sway separates the text into it's own card while retaining formatting. allowing you to move and format sway imports faster and more efficiently.8 votes
It'd great if the content contained under a header was collapsible. So you click the header to expand out or collapse the content. People wanting to present a lot of information could really cut back on the raw size of their sway with this.80 votes
Good idea – do you worry about size because of load times or is it s purely aesthetic reason?
Sometimes I´d like to share ideas with people around the globe (especially in my professional life). So it would be great to have the chance to add textboxes in different languages and a toogle-switch within my sway.71 votes
Thanks for bringing this up. We appreciate the thoughts and suggestions.
Support for formats like png.32 that would allow us the option to create images and composite or overlay them into cards, and still retain the style background vs. only having bordered images23 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! Do you have any specific use cases or scenarios in mind? Let us know in the comments!
Noted. Thanks for the feedback!
Add automatic version control which would allow you to jump back to a previous version. Ideally if you add coauthoring it would then allow you to see who changed what.26 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! It’s on our radar. For the time being as a workaround, you can make copies of your Sway at critical times so that you always have a backup of your work. :)
I'd like to see how many people have viewed my sways? Are there any future features that will show stats about each sway created?
How about comments. Would like the ability for viewers to leave comments on anything they see?
Lastly the ability to hash-tag images so I could possibly create sways from tagged items alone?19 votes
To add comments and see stats about your Sway, publish it to Docs.com! Once you’ve shared it with the world, viewers will be able to like or add comments to your Sway. Read more about it here: https://blogs.office.com/2015/08/05/sway-general-availability/
To be able to create a presentation for my software that is not linear to demonstrate my company's product
The company I work for has software that is multi-tiered and the graphical nature of Sway is marvelous. I have a vision that could put together a marvelous presentation that could take an interactive tour of my software with levels that are as independent as my software. Sway I see now is linear but I see a 'coming soon' feature that possibly shows something different. The tiers of my software would be great to preview on Sway where I could go up and down as I presented so I can go DEEPER into my product.20 votes
Great suggestion! We definitely have some exciting plans for nonlinear Sways that you can see a teaser of in our “Coming Soon” section when choosing a Structure (or with some of the Sways We Love: https://sway.com/wood_burning, https://sway.com/red_panda, https://sway.com/state_flags). We want to make these more sophisticated before we let our users start authoring in them though, which is why they aren’t currently available. Thanks for the scenario suggestion! It helps us prioritize our work in what we will deliver soon. :)
