The ability to create corporate-branded templates
My organisation (global top 500) wants to start using Sway to share reports and ideas internally. However, all of our communications needs to conform with our corporate branding i.e. specific colour schemes and fonts. We want to be able to create a Corporate template to make available to our employees like we do with PowerPoint templates. If we can't do this, we can't use Sway, which is a huge shame.
You can now create corporate-branded templates that include your company colors and logo. To provide suggestions for additional functionality, please create a new post for that topic. Thanks again for your suggestions and support!

It's great that you added this functionality, but I can't find the way to customize a template with my company logos, colors & fonts...
At this point, once a template is created, it can only be viewed by the person who created it. If you would like to create a company-wide template, that all employees can use, we have a workaround for that. Simply create and share your content as a regular Sway. Employees can duplicate that Sway, and then save it as a template for their own personal use.
1. Content creator creates a regular Sway, and shares out a link to it. It’s important to make sure that the Sway has permissions set to allow it to be duplicated.
2. Employees open a link to the Sway.
3. Employees click on “…” and then on the “Duplicate this Sway”.
4. Employees click on “…” and then on “Save as Template”.
We hope this workaround helps enable company-wide templates. A reminder – in the last few months we’ve added custom-color and logo capabilities, both can be incorporated into any Sway including templates.
As always, thanks for using Sway!
Can you add a logo feature so it can place a company logo on every page and empasise on the first page.
Centrally managed templates and layouts combined with joined permissions to allow more than one user to edit a sway will be a great additions and are needed for our organization to get full benefit from using Sway instead of PowerPoint.
how about corporate font?
Great job! For Sway to be useful for us the corporate template have to be created and managed centrally in our organisation and be destributed to all staff.
I work for a swedish governmental agency and I´m looking into how we can make use of Sway. Just like Alex we need to be able to adjust fonts, in our case to Roboto. Please add more fonts to Sway!
