I would like Sway to have the ability to interact with users devices - push my presentation to other devices, ask questions and get real-time responses from users, and have users able to post questions and the ability to show those questions on screen as part of the presentation.

Thanks for great feedback. It sounds really good idea. Actually, your Sway can be seen on any devices and browsers. Please try tapping “Share” icon on your Sway to get the static URL.
